Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing operational activities while focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the support team meets client SLAs and expectations, while also empowering team members through effective management and innovative practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Verint Solutions To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes For Better Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Effectively Meets Client Expectations Through Proactive Communication And Service Delivery.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Objectives, While Promoting A Culture Of Accountability And Collaboration.
4. Drive Innovation For Process Development By Introducing Creative Solutions And Best Practices Within Verint, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Develop And Implement Tailored Solutions Using Verint To Address Customer Needs, Ensuring Alignment With Business Goals And Outcomes That Lead To Measurable Results.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Verint Solutions And Their Application In Support And Operations Management.
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Analyze And Enhance Operational Processes.
3. Excellent Leadership And Team Management Abilities, Fostering A Collaborative And Productive Work Environment.
4. Solid Understanding Of Client Management And Service Level Agreements (Slas).
5. Effective Communication Skills To Interact With Clients And Team Members.
