Job Summary

Job Summary : On-Premises Backup, Storage, Replication, and Virtualization Engineer This role is responsible for supporting PenFed’s on-premises backup, storage, replication, and virtualization environments. The engineer must be capable of supporting on-call, onsite, after-hours, and day-to-day / VRG operational responsibilities across these domains. PenFed’s technology stack in these areas includes VMware, Nutanix, Rubrik, Pure Storage, NetApp, and Zerto. The resource must be able to perform break/fix support, firmware upgrades, compliance-related remediation, and ongoing operational maintenance. Responsibilities may require onsite support, after-business-hours engagement, and participation in an on-call rotation to ensure continuity and stability of critical infrastructure services.

Maximum Salary (US):  145000
Minimum Salary (US):  81000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
