Track Lead - Windows Azure IaaS, Terraform

Job Summary

Windows & Vmware: • Install, upgrade, or decommission Windows servers. • Perform in-place upgrades and migration from old to new hardware, including cascades. • Install, configure, and manage vSphere clusters. • User and group management, OU design, GPO creation and troubleshooting. • DNS, DHCP configuration and integration with AD. • Troubleshooting bottlenecks (CPU, memory, disk I/O). • Fine-tune Windows OS for optimal performance. • Discuss upgrade plans with IT managers and stakeholders. • Support application upgrades on Windows servers. • Perform OS updates and patches using SCCM. • Handling zero-day patches and emergency updates. • Change records, qualification reports, and SOP documentation • Validate servers post-upgrade to ensure compliance. • Perform server qualification using standard change procedures. • Document all changes, validations, and compliance evidence.
