Job Summary

Azure Infrastructure Ownership • Own and operate the Azure infrastructure supporting the Trac IT platform • Ensure availability, stability, performance, and scalability of: o App Services o WebJobs o Azure Data Factory o SQL Server Managed Instance • Maintain Azure resource configurations, dependencies, and service relationships

Must have: AZ-104 certified\\\\r\\\\nGood to have: AZ-304/305 certified

Manage Azure-hosted applications and infrastructure. Maintain VM fleets and cloud networking. Configure security and compliance controls. Monitor production systems and resolve incidents. Support cloud migration initiatives. Work closely with architects, developers, security teams, and DevOps engineers

Skill Requirements

Troubleshooting & Incident Management • Act as a primary responder for platform level production incidents • Troubleshoot and resolve: o Azure service connectivity issues o Private endpoint and VNet integration issues o Network latency and timeouts o ADF pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks o App Service, WebJob, and SQL MI operational issues • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document corrective actions

Other Requirements

Core Azure Skills • Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially: o Azure App Services o Azure Data Factory o Azure SQL / SQL Server Managed Instance o Azure Key Vault • Experience managing production grade Azure environments
