Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing operational excellence with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is responsible for ensuring that client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective people management. The Track Lead will leverage expertise in Data SDWAN and Wireless WLAN (Cisco) to drive operational efficiencies and foster innovation within the organization.

Skill Requirements
Network L3 Engineer for DC LAN\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Strong written and oral communication skills\\\\r\\\\n• 10-15 years of work experience in Networking domain \\\\r\\\\n• Listening to internal teams’ issues or business challenges and working to find technological solutions for LAN impacts/issues. Finding solutions to “unsolvable” problems.\\\\r\\\\n• Good Knowledge in LAN/WAN/SDWAN technologies new designs.\\\\r\\\\n• Working on complex problems that require a deep understanding of routing protocols and switching technologies.\\\\r\\\\n• Modeling new infrastructure designs, evaluating new technologies and implementing these designs.\\\\r\\\\n• Testing iterations of hardware, configurations, and software (code upgrades) in lab environments.\\\\r\\\\n• Write scripts or work with playbooks to resolve support issues, automate infrastructure deployment, and collect metrics.\\\\r\\\\n• Working with the architecture and engineering teams to define infrastructure requirements for software and hardware deployments.\\\\r\\\\n• Provide low level technical documentation of network solutions.\\\\r\\\\n• Be an expert trusted advisor for software teams, infrastructure teams and external vendors. \\\\r\\\\n• Experience designing and supporting network infrastructure components.\\\\r\\\\n• Extensive knowledge of Arista command line and large-scale CCF deployments.\\\\r\\\\n• Extensive knowledge of Physical, Data Link and Network layer standards.\\\\r\\\\n• Extensive experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting large scale network deployments.\\\\r\\\\n• In-depth knowledge of LAN technologies WAN protocols, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Network Addressing.\\\\r\\\\n• In-depth knowledge of 802.1x, RADIUS, EAP-TLS.\\\\r\\\\n• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and the ability to analyze packet captures.\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of Splunk, Maul, and Grafana.\\\\r\\\\n• Proficiency with writing Ansible playbooks.\\\\r\\\\n• Basic Linux operations.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to work autonomously, set standards, and work directly with software teams.\\\\r\\\\n• Current experience in which high levels of initiative, judgment, and tact have been demonstrated. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n
