Job Summary

Govern end‑to‑end vulnerability and patch management operations, including backlog tracking, prioritization, and SLA adherence.Drive remediation execution by coordinating with AMS, resolver teams, product owners, and change management teams; act as the primary escalation point.Prepare and deliver weekly and bi‑weekly vulnerability and patch management reports, including metrics, SLA compliance, risks, exceptions, and remediation plansIdentify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, including automation, tool enhancements, reporting optimization, and integration with patch management processes.Define and maintain a structured VMO Reporting & Governance Framework.Perform overall vulnerability backlog and patch remediation project governanceEnsure vulnerabilities are assigned to appropriate product owners and resolver teams within defined timelinesEscalate risks, challenges, and SLA breaches to Munich RE management with clear mitigation plans.Coordinate vulnerability triage between AMS and other resolver teams.Strong communication and coordination abilities
