Job Summary
• Overall, in charge of M&E and Soft services operations for site.
• Effective IFMS Vendor Governance and regular performance review for M&E and soft services Includes Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Housekeeping , Pest control, Indoor plants, mailroom, Food and beverage, stationary & Waste management.
• Preparing the detailed maintenance schedule and checklist for regular and preventive maintenance of all electrical and mechanical and soft services.
• Energy Management in appropriate level.
• HVAC, Electrical, Safety and Security Systems, PHE Systems
• Entire campus firefighting, FAS, GSS & fire monitoring system O & M
• Entire facility plumbing & Carpentry system O&M
• Energy optimization and Implementation of best practice in operation & process
• Co-ordinate any facility renovations/refurbishments
• Responsible for ensuring availability of manuals, commissioning / installation / test / Service reports, Single Line Diagrams, Control Wiring diagrams, Inventory list, etc.
• In charge for overall F&B operations.
• Co-ordinate with Hotels for arranging all types of Food and beverages ( Packed and Buffet) for events and clients.
• Co-ordinate for all arrangements for internal Town halls, client visits and meeting.
• Conduct monthly Food committee meeting with vendor and employee representatives.

2. To work towards continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis on an ongoing basis.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
