Job Summary

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Experience with Vector Databases (Weaviate, Azure AI Search, etc.)
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Access Tokens, ID Tokens, RBAC, and Security Trimming
  • Experience building document ingestion and search pipelines
  • Strong programming skills in Python, javascript and REST APIs
  • Thorough understanding of workflow automation tools n8n.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-scale RAG architectures.
  • Develop integrations with Microsoft Graph Search, SharePoint Online, and enterprise identity platforms.
  • Build secure retrieval pipelines with ACL-aware and role-based access controls.
  • Design metadata & classification frameworks to improve retrieval relevance.
  • Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, reranking, and retrieval workflows.
  • Optimize answer grounding, citation generation, and response quality.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Create evaluation frameworks for retrieval accuracy, security compliance, and hallucination detection.
