Job Summary
support for Appian applications by troubleshooting incidents, resolving user issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Appian production applications and workflows.Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within SLA.Monitor application performance and job executions.Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution.Support deployments, testing, and release activities.Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.
2. To work towards continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis on an ongoing basis.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
