Job Summary
Operations Management for complex /large projects with focus on continuous improvement ,problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive restore testing solution sub-tracks to ensure delivery and risk reduction against Nordea restore testing ambitions
- • Lead implementation team and internal key stakeholders in driving test solutions to implementation
- • Design business verification, Scenario & Service testing and inclusion of RPO as part of technical verification
- • Detailed operating model design with processes and procedures for line organization
- • Establish strategic vision for program capabilities to bring bank within risk appetite regarding restoration testing
- • Analyze impact of capabilities built on line organization including automation scenarios
- • Update key stakeholders on progression of restoration testing
- • Identify and implement testing solution processes for handing over restoration testing capabilities to line organization
Skill Requirements
- Experience driving medium sized projects, engaging with relevant stakeholders, preparing workshops and agendas
- Planning ahead and executing strategic initiatives
- Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira
- Analytical mindset to support initiatives and presentation materials requiring information gathering and data analysis
- Ability to stay on top of deadlines, communicating clearly and concisely
- Technical proficiency and knowledge of relevant software, project management tools, and emerging technologies in finance
- Understanding risk management principles and practices in financial institutions
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and ability to ensure projects adhere to legal and regulatory standards
- Great stakeholder management across all levels of organization
- Proven experience in managing complex projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
