Track Manager (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with good knowledge and practical experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably with prior experience at Novo Nordisk.

The Project Manager will support and later drive the implementation of TEMPO and ensure the operational handover. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and driving the project plan, ensuring timely delivery of agreed milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinating activities and dependencies across Vendors, System management, prod, and Procurement, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
  • Managing project scope, risks, issues, and changes throughout the transition.
  • Actively developing and delivering project artefacts, including handover documentation and implementation deliverables.
  • Ensuring readiness for operational handover.

The role requires a proactive Project Manager who combines core project management responsibilities and stakeholder coordination with direct ownership and delivery of project outputs
