Job Description – SCCM Engineer (L3.2)
Role Summary
The SCCM L3.2 Engineer is a Principal Engineer/Architect responsible for endpoint management strategy, enterprise architecture, modernization initiatives, cloud transformation, automation frameworks, and global device management governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise SCCM and Endpoint Management roadmap.
- Design large-scale endpoint management solutions.
- Lead SCCM-to-Cloud transformation initiatives.
- Architect Co-Management and Intune migration strategies.
- Design highly available and scalable SCCM environments.
- Establish governance, standards, and operational frameworks.
- Drive automation and self-healing initiatives.
- Lead enterprise-wide patching and compliance programs.
- Provide architectural guidance to stakeholders.
- Review solution designs and major infrastructure changes.
- Drive service improvements and operational excellence.
- Work with customer leadership and audit teams on compliance requirements.

- 7+ years of SCCM/MECM architecture and administration.

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4
- Microsoft Security Certifications
