Job Summary

O365 Technical Lead / Architect – L3.2

Role Summary

Own the architecture, governance, security strategy, and transformation roadmap for enterprise Office 365 services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise Office 365 architecture and governance standards.
  • Lead cloud transformation and tenant consolidation projects.
  • Architect Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Identity solutions.
  • Develop security, compliance, and data protection strategies.
  • Design Zero Trust and Identity-driven security frameworks.
  • Lead tenant-to-tenant, hybrid, and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Drive automation, operational excellence, and service optimization programs.
  • Manage licensing strategy and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct technical risk assessments and provide mitigation plans.
  • Participate in executive reviews and customer governance meetings.
  • Establish best practices, standards, and service roadmaps.
  • Mentor engineering and operations teams.
