Track Manager (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Operations Management for complex /large projects with focus on continuous improvement ,problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage training data collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs).
  • Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
  • Analyze learning metrics, certification progress, training completion, utilization, and capability development trends.
  • Partner with Business Units, CU/WU stakeholders, and training SPOCs for data validation and governance.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual leadership reviews and presentations.
  • Support training governance reviews, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Create Power BI dashboards and visualization models for leadership insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics and management reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor KPI adherence and identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of learning and capability development data
