Job Summary

 iAutomate Platform Lead (L3) Tools Transformation – iAutomate Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience: 10–12 Years Role Summary The iAutomate Platform Lead (L3) will be responsible for driving automation and tools transformation initiatives using the iAutomate platform. The role will lead the design, onboarding, governance, and optimization of automation solutions across infrastructure, cloud, workplace, service management, and operations domains. The individual will work closely with architects, operations teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, standardization, and service quality through automation.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities Lead the adoption and implementation of iAutomate across infrastructure and operations environments. Design and develop automation workflows, orchestration processes, and self-service use cases to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. Partner with infrastructure, cloud, workplace, application, and service management teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize automation roadmaps. Review and onboard operational processes into the iAutomate platform, ensuring alignment with governance and security standards. Develop reusable automation components, workflows, templates, and best practices to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives. Integrate iAutomate with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management solutions. Provide technical leadership for automation design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform optimization activities. Govern automation standards, documentation, version control, testing, and operational handover processes. Monitor automation effectiveness, platform utilization, success rates, and business value realization through dashboards and reporting. Support major transformation initiatives involving automation, self-healing, event-driven operations, and operational excellence. Mentor engineering teams and promote automation-first practices across service delivery and operations teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability, performance, scalability, and automation coverage.
