Track Manager (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Hardware Asset Management function, ensuring effective planning, procurement, deployment, inventory governance, lifecycle management, refresh programs, asset recovery, disposal, and compliance across Allianz locations. The role acts as the primary operational lead for HAM service delivery and governance.

Key Responsibilities

.Own the complete hardware asset lifecycle from forecasting and procurement through retirement and disposal.
Manage demand planning, refresh planning, hardware ordering, and delivery tracking.
Oversee inventory management, stock control, buffer stock maintenance, and warehouse operations.
Ensure asset tagging, kitting, staging, CMDB/AMDB updates, and asset data accuracy.
Monitor asset assignment, collection, return coordination, and device recovery from leavers. 
Govern hardware refresh and replacement programs, including EOL/EOS asset management.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, logistics partners, and support teams to ensure SLA adherence.
Manage warranty claims, repair activities, break-fix support, and leasing operations.
Drive audit readiness, asset reconciliation, compliance, and reporting.
Prepare governance dashboards, KPI reports, and customer-facing reviews.
