Job Summary

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced AV Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise Audio Visual and Unified Communications solutions across global office locations. The role requires strong expertise in conference room technologies, Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV control systems, digital signage, troubleshooting, and collaboration with infrastructure, network, workplace, and vendor teams to ensure reliable and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Skills
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployment, administration, and troubleshooting
  • Audio Visual systems including DSPs, microphones, speakers, cameras, codecs, and controllers
  • Experience with Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Lenovo, or similar AV platforms
  • AV room design, integration, testing, and commissioning
  • Digital Signage and Room Scheduling solutions
  • AV monitoring and management platforms
  • Knowledge of IP-based AV technologies and AV-over-IP solutions
  • Incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis for conference room technologies

Skill Requirements

  • Secondary Skills
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, PoE, and wireless connectivity
  • Experience with UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom
  • Vendor coordination and lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management
  • Automation and reporting using PowerShell or scripting tools
  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or similar platforms

Other Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, configure, and support enterprise AV and meeting room solutions
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference room systems, and AV infrastructure
  • Perform system testing, health checks, preventive maintenance, and firmware upgrades
  • Collaborate with network, workplace, and support teams to resolve AV-related issues
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware support, escalations, and replacements
  • Monitor AV system performance and ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance meeting room user experience
