Job Summary
Experienced Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) Administrator responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Cisco collaboration platforms across the enterprise. The role includes administration, automation, integration, and operational management of voice, video, messaging, and meeting room solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments.
- Manage and support Cisco collaboration solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, Contact Center, and Collaboration Endpoints.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline administration and operational tasks.
- Manage Teams Direct Routing infrastructure, including AudioCodes SBCs, Cisco CUBE, and related voice integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement new features, enhancements, and operational improvements.
- Support integrations with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Cisco collaboration platforms, and third-party UC solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice, video, messaging, conferencing, and room system issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
Support migration, deployment, and transformation initiatives involving Microsoft and Cisco collaboration technologies.
Skill Requirements
Microsoft Technologies
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
- Teams PowerShell Module administration.
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Microsoft Graph API.
- Microsoft Teams Calling, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect.
- Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Exchange Online administration.
Other Requirements
Cisco Collaboration Technologies
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Experience with Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, and Webex Control Hub.
- Understanding of Cisco Contact Center and collaboration architecture.
- Experience with Cisco CUBE, Expressway, SIP Trunking, and PSTN integrations.
- Knowledge of Cisco collaboration endpoints, room devices, and video conferencing solutions.
- Experience supporting Cisco-to-Microsoft interoperability and migration programs.
Voice & SBC Technologies
- Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBCs and OVOC.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing deployments and support.
- Understanding of SIP, VoIP, PSTN, and enterprise voice architectures.
