Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Define automation and observability strategy across network and infrastructure domains. • Architect enterprise-grade automation solutions using iAutomate. • Design advanced observability frameworks leveraging iObserve. • Lead Network as Code adoption and governance initiatives. • Develop scalable automation platforms and reusable framework components. • Establish coding, development, and operational standards. • Drive self-healing and predictive operations use cases. • Lead integrations with ITSM, CMDB, cloud, and operational platforms. • Review complex automation designs and code implementations. • Manage automation roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder expectations. • Mentor engineering teams and drive capability development. • Conduct tool evaluations and recommend future-state automation technologies. • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for automation success.

 

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : Expert-level knowledge of automation frameworks and orchestration platforms. • Deep expertise in iAutomate, iObserve, and Network as Code architecture. • Advanced Python development and automation engineering. • Strong knowledge of: o Ansible o Terraform o GitOps o CI/CD pipelines o API integrations o Event-driven automation • Strong networking expertise including: o Data Center Networks o SD-WAN o Cloud Networking o Security Integration • Experience with observability and AIOps concepts. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Experience designing large-scale automation governance models. • Cisco DevNet Professional/Expert • Red Hat Ansible Automation Expert • AWS/Azure Solution Architect • TOGAF (preferred) • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate

 

Other Requirements

Other Requirement : Support day-to-day operations of automation and observability tools. Execute pre-built automation workflows using iAutomate. Monitor dashboards, alerts, and service health through iObserve. Assist in developing and maintaining Network as Code templates and scripts. Perform routine troubleshooting and issue resolution. Support lifecycle management of tools, including upgrades and patching activities. Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and operations teams during incident resolution. Validate automation outputs and report findings.
