Job Summary

Role Overview
Lead large-scale technology programs, service delivery engagements, Agile transformations, and enterprise project portfolios. Responsible for end-to-end project governance, budgeting, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, risk management, and Scrum leadership across global teams. 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project and program delivery including planning, budgeting, execution, and governance.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive service delivery excellence, KPI/SLA management, forecasting, and operational governance.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, executive reporting, audits, UAT planning, and RCA activities.
  • Lead transition, transformation, and change management initiatives.
  • Establish delivery standards, quality processes, and knowledge management frameworks.
  • Govern ITIL Change Management processes including risk assessment, CAB coordination, and implementation reviews.
  • Mentor project managers, Scrum teams, and technical delivery teams.
