Job Title: Senior Technical Lead – Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform

Location: Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune
Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8–12 years (with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or AI-powered enterprise automation implementations)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Design and implement AI-powered conversational agents, autonomous workflows, and business process automation solutions aligned with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Drive the complete solution lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, governance, and support.
• Implement integrations between Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 services, Azure services, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants, promoting best practices in Power Platform development and AI solution delivery.
• Design and manage Dataverse data models, security roles, business rules, and governance frameworks.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and solution design documents.

Skill Requirements

• Microsoft certifications such as:
• PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant)
• PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
• PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
• PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals)
• AI-900 / AI-102 (Microsoft AI Certifications)
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) implementation and governance.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations involving ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Experience in creating multi-agent architectures, AI orchestration, and enterprise Copilot implementations.
• Knowledge of DevOps, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.

  Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered agents, conversational experiences, and business automation solutions.
  • Expertise in developing canvas apps, model-driven apps, automated workflows, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security model, data modeling, plugins, business rules, and virtual tables.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services, Microsoft Graph APIs, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience implementing Copilot Studio generative AI capabilities, knowledge sources, topics, actions, and custom connectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI practices, security controls, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex digital transformation and automation projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
