Role Summary
Serve as the technical lead and architect for Microsoft 365 environments, driving transformation, security, governance, and strategic roadmap initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Microsoft 365 architecture and governance framework.
- Lead enterprise-scale M365 deployments and transformation projects.
- Design hybrid and cloud-native collaboration solutions.
- Establish security, compliance, and data protection strategies.
- Design and implement Zero Trust architecture.
- Lead Microsoft Defender, Purview, and identity security initiatives.
- Drive automation, reporting, and operational excellence programs.
- Conduct capacity planning, licensing optimization, and cost management.
- Provide executive-level technical guidance and roadmap planning.
- Review solution designs, technical standards, and architectural documentation.
- Manage escalations involving business-critical services.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors for strategic initiatives.

- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
