Track Manager (Tools & Automation)

Job Summary

Operations Management for complex /large projects with focus on continuous improvement ,problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
2. Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations
3. To lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.
4. Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
5. To provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
