Job Summary

Job Summary : The Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Network is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex networking programs across enterprise environments. This role combines deep technical expertise in networking with strong program management skills to drive planning, execution, and governance of large-scale network initiatives such as data center builds, cloud connectivity, WAN transformation, and security integration. The TPM works closely with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, operations, security, vendors, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective program delivery.



Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management Lead and manage multiple network programs/projects (LAN, WAN, DC, Cloud, Security). Develop program roadmap, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. Drive end-to-end lifecycle: initiation → planning → execution → deployment → stabilization. Track program health, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Technical Leadership Provide technical oversight on: Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EVPN-VXLAN) Data Center Networking (Spine-Leaf, Clos fabrics) Stakeholder Management Act as the primary interface between clients, internal teams, and vendors. Drive governance calls, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications. Translate business requirements into technical execution plans. Align cross-functional teams (network, security, app, cloud). Risk & Issue Management Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive timely resolution. Handle escalations and critical incidents with structured communication. Ensure root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures. Financial & Resource Management Manage program budget, forecasting, and cost optimization. Ensure effective resource planning and utilization. Track revenue, margins (if applicable), and financial KPIs.

 

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : Technical Skills Strong expertise in: L2/L3 networking (VLANs, VRFs, STP, routing protocols) Data center technologies (VXLAN, EVPN, Spine-Leaf) WAN & SD-WAN solutions Cloud networking (Azure/AWS/GCP) Network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Load balancers) Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible, REST APIs) is a plus. Program Management Skills Strong knowledge of: Program/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira Ability to manage large, complex, multi-vendor programs.



Other Requirements

Other Requirement : Soft Skills Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Job Description : 8+ years of experience in networking and program delivery.\\\\r\\\\nProven experience managing large-scale network transformation projects.\\\\r\\\\nExperience working in global delivery models (onsite-offshore).
