Track Manager - AWS IAC, Terraform,Python

Job Summary

This role drives operational excellence for cloud infrastructure by managing and optimizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions on AWS using Terraform and related automation tools. The individual oversees complex support operations, ensures alignment with client SLAs, leads technical teams, and champions continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, scalability, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operational management by architecting and optimizing IaC solutions using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to streamline provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
2. Oversee automation of routine infrastructure tasks with Python and Ansible, ensuring scalable and repeatable operational processes in AWS environments.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating AWS PaaS services and best DevOps practices to enhance service reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
4. Mentor and guide support teams in implementing standardized IaC workflows, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and operational SLAs.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver customized DevOps solutions using Terraform modules and AWS native tools.
6. Champion innovation by evaluating emerging IaC tools and cloud services, recommending enhancements to existing operational processes.
7. Ensure transparent communication of project objectives, progress, and outcomes to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Aws Services, Including Aws Cloudformation And Aws Paas Offerings.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Devops Methodologies And Automation With Python And Ansible.
3. Solid Experience With Cloud Operations, Monitoring, And Troubleshooting In Aws Environments.
4. Strong Leadership And Mentoring Skills For Guiding Technical Teams In Complex Support Operations.
5. Advanced Ability To Analyze Business Needs And Translate Them Into Scalable, Automated Infrastructure Solutions.

Other Requirements

1. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer � Professional (optional but valuable)
2. HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (optional but valuable)
3. Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (optional, if relevant to environment
