Track Manager - AWS IAC, Terraform,Python

Job Summary

Provide L3 operational support for AWS infrastructure and cloud services. Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes. Manage and support AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EBS, ELB/ALB, Route 53, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS, and Auto Scaling. Handle AWS networking including VPC, subnets, routing, Security Groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, VPN, and Direct Connect. Support infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform / CloudFormation. Implement monitoring, alerting, capacity management, backup, patching, and operational improvements. Manage IAM roles, policies, access controls, encryption, and security remediation. Perform infrastructure changes, upgrades, migrations, and production deployments following change-management processes. Identify opportunities for automation, performance optimization, reliability improvement, and AWS cost optimization. Work with Application, Network, Security, Database, Windows/Linux, and other infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Develop SOPs, operational documentation, knowledge articles, and technical runbooks. Mentor L1/L2 engineers and support knowledge-transfer activities.
