Job Summary
The candidate will design, implement, and operate AWS Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) and managed cloud services to build scalable, secure, and cost‑optimized cloud solutions. The role involves working closely with customers to deliver application platforms, data platforms, automation, security, and observability solutions using native AWS services and best practices.
The candidate is expected to focus on cloud‑native architectures, serverless, container platforms, managed data services, and event‑driven solutions, minimizing infrastructure management overhead.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS cloud‑native and PaaS architectures aligned with the AWS Well‑Architected Framework.
- Build and manage serverless and event‑driven solutions using AWS managed services.
- Implement container platforms and application platforms using managed AWS services.
- Design and operate data platforms (OLTP, analytics, streaming, and data lake solutions).
- Implement automation, IaC, and DevOps pipelines for platform provisioning and application delivery.
- Ensure security, governance, compliance, and observability using native AWS services.
- Optimize cost, performance, availability, and scalability of AWS platforms.
- Provide L3/L4 support, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement of platform services.
- Work within ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, emergency change).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
Other Requirements
- Experience modernizing applications to serverless or container‑based architectures.
- Experience with data pipelines, analytics, and streaming platforms on AWS.
- Exposure to ML/AI services such as Amazon SageMaker (good to have).
- AWS certifications (Associate / Professional) – preferred.
