Track Manager - AWS PaaS, Terraform

Job Summary

This position drives operational excellence for large-scale cloud environments, ensuring robust service delivery and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational objectives. The individual leverages deep technical expertise in AWS PaaS and Infrastructure as Code to optimize processes, manage escalations, and empower teams to consistently meet and exceed client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead AWS PaaS operations by architecting, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of client environments.
2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational workflows and leveraging AWS native tools and Terraform modules to automate repetitive processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
3. Mentor support teams in advanced AWS and Terraform practices, providing expert guidance on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for complex platform issues.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate client requirements into robust operational solutions on AWS, utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code best practices for rapid and consistent deployment.
5. Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating new AWS services, Terraform features, and DevOps methodologies to improve operational efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
6. Ensure compliance with operational SLAs by monitoring system performance using AWS CloudWatch, Terraform state management, and implementing proactive measures to prevent service disruptions.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Terraform For InfrastructureAsCode, Including Module Development, State Management, And Automation Pipelines.
2. Advanced Skills In Aws Cli, Cloudformation (For Migration/Interoperability), And Cloud Monitoring Tools.
3. Strong Understanding Of Devops Principles, Ci/Cd Pipelines, And Automation In CloudNative Environments.
4. Excellent ProblemSolving Capabilities And Ability To Design Operational Solutions For LargeScale Cloud Platforms.
5. Solid Experience In Mentoring Teams And Leading Operational Improvement Initiatives.

1. AWS Certified Solutions Architect � Professional (optional but valuable)
