Key Responsibilities
2. Optimize asset inventory processes through automation and advanced configuration in ServiceNow, driving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
3. Implement and refine operational workflows using CA Service Desk Manager and Avanti to support seamless asset onboarding, transfer, and retirement activities.
4. Mentor and guide team members in leveraging ITSM tools for asset management, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
5. Analyze asset management data using ServiceNow reporting tools to identify trends, recommend process enhancements, and ensure alignment with client SLAs.
6. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow asset management solutions.
7. Champion the adoption of innovative asset management practices and emerging technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
