Role Overview The ServiceNow Discovery Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining and optimizing the ServiceNow Discovery module to ensure accurate and efficient asset discovery and CMDB integration. The role includes management of agent-based and agentless discovery, MID Servers and troubleshooting activities. Key Responsibilities • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery platform. • Manage agentless and agent-based discovery configurations. • Install, configure and manage ServiceNow MID Servers. • Ensure proper integration between Discovery and the ServiceNow CMDB. • Troubleshoot and resolve discovery-related issues with relevant technical teams.
