Track Manager - Azure Active Directory

Job Summary

Architect and maintain multi‑domain and multi‑forest AD environments, including schema changes, site replication, domain consolidations, and upgrades. Configure and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Deep knowledge of GPO, OU, replication,FSMO roles,OU structures Perform advanced troubleshooting on authentication (Kerberos/NTLM), replication failures, DNS, FSMO roles, and SYSVOL issues Conduct security hardening: implement access controls, auditing, and mitigation of vulnerabilities. Lead migrations, domain consolidations, and AD forest upgrades using tools like ADMT, Quest, or Binary Tree. Manage disaster recovery and backup strategies for AD Domain Services. Automate AD management with PowerShell scripting and AD tools. Provide L3 support for escalated incidents, deliver root‑cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and configure Administrative Units (AU) in Microsoft Entra ID for delegated administration and role scoping. Maintain performance, reliability, and security of Azure AD and hybrid directory services, resolving complex issues and implementing enhancements. Deploy and manage Azure AD Connect to synchronize on-premises AD with Azure, handling custom attribute mapping and sync rules. Configure and enforce Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Protection. Integrate enterprise and third-party applications using SSO frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML). Monitor, investigate and remediate identity-related security alerts via Azure AD Identity Protection. Collaborate with IT security and cloud teams to define and deploy hybrid identity strategies and cloud governance.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Proficiency In Directory Services (Ldap, Adfs, Azure Ad Connect) And Integration With OnPremises Active Directory.
2. Strong Experience With Azure Ad Security Features Such As Conditional Access, Mfa, And Privileged Identity Management.
3. Advanced Skills In Powershell Scripting For Automation And Operational Efficiency Within Azure Ad Environments.
4. InDepth Understanding Of Cloud Security, Identity Governance, And Compliance Frameworks.
5. Excellent Leadership, Mentoring, And Communication Skills For Managing Teams And Driving Operational Excellence.
