Job Summary

This role oversees the operational management and enhancement of large-scale Azure environments, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and automation tools to drive service excellence. The individual ensures robust delivery of client SLAs, implements continuous improvement initiatives, and empowers teams through expert guidance and strategic problem-solving in cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operations management by implementing advanced DevOps automation using Terraform and Azure DevOps, ensuring high availability and compliance of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes resources.
2. Drive process improvements by designing and optimizing workflows with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform and Azure Resource Manager, to streamline provisioning and management of cloud assets.
3. Ensure robust support and incident resolution for Azure environments by utilizing monitoring and troubleshooting tools, maintaining SLAs, and providing escalation support for complex issues.
4. Mentor and empower team members on best practices in IaC, Terraform modules, and Azure DevOps pipelines, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions using Azure and Terraform, and ensure delivery aligns with organizational and client objectives.
6. Innovate by researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging DevOps tools and Azure services, recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency and security.
7. Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying areas for automation, and leading the adoption of new processes or technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Azure Iaas, Paas, And Azure Kubernetes Service (Aks) For Deploying And Managing Scalable Solutions.
2. Advanced Skills In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Practices, Including Terraform Scripting, Module Development, And State Management.
3. Strong Experience With Azure Devops For Ci/Cd Pipeline Creation, Release Management, And Operational Monitoring.
4. InDepth Understanding Of Cloud Security, Governance, And Compliance Frameworks Within Azure.
5. Excellent ProblemSolving And Process Optimization Abilities, With A Track Record Of Leading Operational Improvements.
6. Strong Communication And Mentoring Skills For Leading Technical Teams And Driving Knowledge Transfer.

1. Optional but valuable: Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

DevSecops engineer\\\\r\\\\n• Deploying and managing containerized application environments across both private and public clouds, include container deployment lifecycle, orchestration, automation, scaling and security.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• The person should have expertise in Morpheus Kubernetes Engine, Azure AKS, AWS EKS, GCP GKE, Cluster administration, and provide support on associated components. Ensure Kubernetes services and health are green and available.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• The candidate should be proficient in MCP (Model Context Protocol) and have hands-on experience with Mirantis Kubernetes Services, orchestrated with Mirantis Container Runtime (MCR).\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Expertise in managing Docker Trusted Registry is essential. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Should be well-versed in hybrid cloud environments, including OpenStack Private Cloud, Azure, AWS, & GCP.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• The candidate must be capable of handling fully automated service provisioning and pipeline inventory.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Strong in Implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform / YAML to automate Kubernetes cluster provisioning and application deployment, Integrate Kubernetes deployments into CI/CD pipelines for seamless application delivery. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Implement security best practices for Kubernetes, including network policies, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and vulnerability scanning. Ensure compliance with relevant security standards. Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively identify and address issues within Kubernetes clusters.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Kubernetes, containers, and the underlying infrastructure and Maintain documentation of Kubernetes configurations, procedures, and best practices.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Should have working experience in developing the IAC code, integration, network connectivity, provisioning access/RBAC meeting compliance requirements.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Solid problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration abilities.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n
