Job Summary

Key Responsibilities\\r\\n\\r\\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC)\\r\\n\\r\\nUnderstand business and technical requirements and translate them into reusable Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.\\r\\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure templates using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, and ARM templates.\\r\\nCreate standardized landing zone and platform deployment templates.\\r\\n\\r\\nDevOps & CI/CD Automation\\r\\n\\r\\nDesign and manage automated deployment pipelines for cloud infrastructure, landing zones, and platform services.\\r\\nImplement CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.\\r\\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, testing, and release processes.\\r\\n\\r\\nCloud Automation & Engineering\\r\\n\\r\\nDevelop automation scripts and reusable frameworks to improve operational efficiency and consistency.\\r\\nAutomate provisioning, patching, scaling, monitoring, and compliance activities.\\r\\nIntegrate cloud-native services and automation capabilities into platform operations.\\r\\n\\r\\nDocumentation & Runbooks\\r\\n\\r\\nCreate and maintain comprehensive runbooks, operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.\\r\\nDevelop standardized cloud deployment patterns and reference implementations.\\r\\nEnsure documentation supports operational readiness and knowledge transfer.\\r\\n\\r\\nPlatform Optimization & Continuous Improvement\\r\\n\\r\\nReview cloud environments and recommend enhancements for performance, security, reliability, and cost optimization.\\r\\nProvide recommendations for future cloud infrastructure improvements and modernization initiatives.\\r\\nSupport platform standardization, automation maturity, and best practices adoption.\\r\\n\\r\\nCollaboration & Governance\\r\\n\\r\\nWork closely with Cloud Architects, Security Teams, Platform Engineers, and Operations teams.\\r\\nEnsure IaC solutions align with security, governance, and compliance requirements.\\r\\nParticipate in architecture reviews and cloud transformation initiatives.\\r\\n

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operations management by implementing advanced DevOps automation using Terraform and Azure DevOps, ensuring high availability and compliance of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes resources.
2. Drive process improvements by designing and optimizing workflows with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform and Azure Resource Manager, to streamline provisioning and management of cloud assets.
3. Ensure robust support and incident resolution for Azure environments by utilizing monitoring and troubleshooting tools, maintaining SLAs, and providing escalation support for complex issues.
4. Mentor and empower team members on best practices in IaC, Terraform modules, and Azure DevOps pipelines, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions using Azure and Terraform, and ensure delivery aligns with organizational and client objectives.
6. Innovate by researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging DevOps tools and Azure services, recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency and security.
7. Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying areas for automation, and leading the adoption of new processes or technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Azure Iaas, Paas, And Azure Kubernetes Service (Aks) For Deploying And Managing Scalable Solutions.
2. Advanced Skills In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Practices, Including Terraform Scripting, Module Development, And State Management.
3. Strong Experience With Azure Devops For Ci/Cd Pipeline Creation, Release Management, And Operational Monitoring.
4. InDepth Understanding Of Cloud Security, Governance, And Compliance Frameworks Within Azure.
5. Excellent ProblemSolving And Process Optimization Abilities, With A Track Record Of Leading Operational Improvements.
6. Strong Communication And Mentoring Skills For Leading Technical Teams And Driving Knowledge Transfer.
