Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading operations management across complex enterprise environments, driving continuous improvement and innovation in workload automation and system orchestration. The position empowers teams, ensures adherence to client SLAs, and applies expert-level technical and process knowledge to optimize platform performance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
2. Develop and automate operational tasks through advanced PowerShell and Python scripting, enhancing process efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in EMS platform operations, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to streamline business processes and reporting.
4. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the support team, fostering skill development in Control-M, PowerShell, and Python.
5. Analyze and translate client requirements into actionable support strategies, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
6. Oversee incident, problem, and change management activities for EMS platforms, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and robust service delivery.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and introduce new automation tools, contributing to the overall progress and innovation of operational processes.
