Job Summary
The Security Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is a customer‑facing leadership role responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the delivery of enterprise security services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, governance, and service excellence. The role acts as the primary interface between the customer and internal stakeholders, driving alignment between security operations, business expectations, and service outcomes.\r\nWith strong ownership of security service governance, the SDM manages end‑to‑end delivery performance, SLA adherence, escalation management, and service improvement initiatives. The role also plays a key part in customer advocacy, working closely with delivery heads, security practices, sales, and security delivery teams to identify and close gaps in service delivery. Additionally, the position contributes to business growth by identifying new opportunities and advising customers on emerging security threats, risks, and technology trends.\r\nThe Security SDM engages senior customer stakeholders such as CISOs, Security Heads, and Service Owners, ensuring that the security posture is continuously assessed and strengthened through recommendations across domains including Data Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, IAM, and GRC, while operating within established security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Security service manager following will be critical responsibilities\r\no Improve customer satisfaction and delivery around security services. \r\no Strong governance on security delivery. \r\no Identify and generate new business opportunity\r\n- One of responsibility will be customer advocacy, where in you will be responsible to interact with various stakeholder within internal organization such as delivery heads, Security practice, sales, Security delivery manager etc to fix potential GAP with-in security delivery.\r\n- Interact with various stakeholders on customer side such as CISO, Security Head, Security service owners etc to ensure security service delivery is as per customer expectations and SLA. \r\n- Govern service improvement initiatives from assessment till closure. \r\n- Govern escalation and Priority issues till closure with close coordination with HCL and Customer stakeholders\r\n- Maintain and improve security posture by looking at all aspect of security solution and recommendations \r\
