Key Responsibilities
2. Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic platforms such as Cisco Prime, Juniper Networks, and SolarWinds to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical backbone infrastructure issues.
3. Drive process optimization by implementing ITIL-based service management practices and automating recurring tasks through scripting and orchestration tools.
4. Mentor and guide technical support teams in advanced troubleshooting, knowledge sharing, and best practices adoption to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
5. Interface with clients to interpret technical requirements, translating them into actionable support strategies using backbone network expertise and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded.
6. Champion continuous improvement initiatives by introducing innovative solutions and process improvements using analytics and emerging technologies within backbone operations.
7. Ensure comprehensive incident, change, and problem management through platforms such as ServiceNow, maintaining robust reporting and transparent communication with stakeholders.
