Track Manager - Citrix Server

Job Summary

This role drives operational excellence for large-scale Citrix server environments, ensuring robust workplace virtualization and seamless end-user experiences. The individual provides strategic technical direction, oversees complex support operations, and empowers teams to deliver on client SLAs through expert problem-solving, process improvement, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Citrix Server operations by implementing advanced workplace virtualization strategies, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high availability for enterprise clients.
2. Oversee incident management and root cause analysis using Citrix Director and Citrix Studio, driving rapid resolution and minimizing service disruptions.
3. Administer and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant virtual workspace delivery.
4. Collaborate within the support team to refine operational processes using Citrix tools, PowerShell automation, and monitoring platforms for proactive environment management.
5. Mentor and guide team members in advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and patch management for Citrix technologies, fostering skill development and operational excellence.
6. Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable Citrix-based solutions, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual SLAs and business needs.
7. Champion process innovation by evaluating and integrating new Citrix features or third-party tools to enhance virtualization efficiency and user experience.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Skills In Workplace Virtualization, Including Deployment, Optimization, And Management Of Citrix Environments.
2. InDepth Knowledge Of Citrix Netscaler/Adc, Storefront, And Citrix Profile Management.
3. Excellent Abilities In Powershell Scripting For Citrix Automation And Reporting.
4. Strong Understanding Of Windows Server Administration And Active Directory Integration With Citrix.
5. Advanced Troubleshooting Skills For Complex Citrix Infrastructure And EndUser Issues.
6. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Mentor Teams And Manage HighComplexity Operations.

Other Requirements

1. Citrix Certified Expert � Virtualization (CCEV) certification is highly recommended.
2. ITIL Foundation certification is optional but valuable

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
