Track Manager - Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading operations management for large-scale Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials environments, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to client SLAs, and empowering support teams through expert technical and people management. The individual oversees complex issue resolution, process optimization, and the implementation of best practices to deliver reliable and scalable workplace virtualization services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operations management using Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient virtual workplace environments for large-scale clients.
2. Implement and optimize processes with Citrix Director and Citrix Studio to improve reporting, information flow, and operational efficiency.
3. Analyze and resolve escalated incidents using Citrix Workspace Environment Management and supporting tools, ensuring minimal downtime and client satisfaction.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Citrix Analytics and automation tools to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align Citrix virtualization solutions with client requirements, ensuring transparent communication and delivery of business outcomes.
6. Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices for Citrix infrastructure management, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Citrix environments, operational procedures, and process innovations for ongoing organizational improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Citrix Director, Citrix Studio, And Citrix Workspace Environment Management.
2. Advanced Troubleshooting Skills In Citrix Environments, Including User Session Management, Application Publishing, And Performance Tuning.
3. Solid Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies And Automation Within Workplace Virtualization.
4. Strong Understanding Of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, And Security Principles In Virtualized Environments.
5. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills For Guiding Teams And Managing Stakeholder Expectations.

Other Requirements

1. Citrix Certified Professional � Virtualization (CCPV) certification is highly recommended.
2. ITIL Foundation certification is optional but valuable
Maximum Salary (US):  145000
Minimum Salary (US):  81000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
