Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and Coordinate: Investigate issues with features and integrations developed by ServiceNow and collaborate with SG application teams for resolution/setup of interfaces Integration Delivery: Design, build, and validate integrations ensuring robustness, scalability, and compliance with SG standards. Environment Setup: Work with the Platform Administrator to configure sub-production environments and their interfaces. Accelerate Delivery: Implement DevOps practices and automation to streamline delivery cycles and reduce operational overhead.
