Job Summary

Assess compliance readiness, translate agreed requirements into cloud-control checks and produce audit-ready migration evidence while respecting customer ownership of certification and policy approvals.

Key Responsibilities

 Assess target controls and migration approach against agreed CMMC, ITAR, GDPR and regional requirements. • Create control mappings and enhance existing system-security-plan evidence where requested. • Validate IAM, encryption, logging, network segmentation, resource-location constraints and regulatory boundary configurations. • Identify control gaps, assign risk ratings and analyze compliance impact; Barnes Aerospace retains policy ownership, validation/sign-off and formal certification responsibility. • Prepare evidence artifacts and deliver KT on compliance controls, monitoring and audit readiness

Skill Requirements

CMMC and ITAR control awareness • GDPR and data-residency controls • NIST-based control mapping • Cloud compliance evidence and gap assessment • Google Cloud Assured Workloads and audit logging concepts
