Key Responsibilities

Experience-8-14 Years Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) Specialist to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization\'s business resilience program. The ideal candidate will have experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery testing, risk assessments, and crisis management activities to ensure critical business operations remain resilient during disruptions. Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans across business units and technology functions. Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements. Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of continuity and recovery documentation. Plan, facilitate, and document BCP and DR exercises, tabletop tests, and recovery simulations. Track remediation actions resulting from tests, audits, assessments, and incidents. Collaborate with IT, Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, and Business Teams to ensure recovery strategies meet business requirements. Support crisis management and incident response activities during business disruptions. Monitor compliance with internal policies, industry frameworks, and regulatory requirements related to resilience and continuity. Prepare reports and metrics on program maturity, testing results, and recovery readiness. Assist in third-party/vendor resilience assessments and reviews. Support awareness and training initiatives related to business continuity and disaster recovery.

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Security, or a related field. 8-14 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Information Security. Strong knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) principles and Disaster Recovery methodologies. Hands-on experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and recovery strategy development. Understanding of Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), and Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD). Experience planning and executing BCP/DR exercises, tabletop simulations, and recovery testing. Familiarity with crisis management, incident management, and operational resilience practices. Strong documentation, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with business, technology, security, and operational teams. Knowledge of ISO 22301 and other business continuity frameworks and standards. ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor ,CRISC,CISA/CISM,CISSP
