Track Manager - ELK - Elastic Search, Windows PowerShell

Job Summary

This role drives operational excellence for large-scale environments by leading teams in managing, automating, and optimizing EMS platforms leveraging ELK Stack, PowerShell, and Python. The position ensures robust service delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with client SLAs, while championing innovation and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operational management by administering and optimizing EMS platforms using ELK Stack, ensuring high availability, scalability, and compliance with client SLAs.
2. Develop and automate monitoring, reporting, and alerting solutions with PowerShell and Python, driving continuous improvement in incident detection and resolution.
3. Apply expert knowledge of PowerShell to design and implement automation scripts, streamlining repetitive operational tasks and enhancing process efficiency.
4. Oversee and troubleshoot complex issues across ELK, PowerShell, and Python integrations, providing expert solutions that align with business and client requirements.
5. Mentor and empower the support team on best practices in EMS platform management and automation, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather operational requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions using ELK, PowerShell, and Python.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current EMS processes, introducing new tools or methodologies, and implementing enhancements based on data analysis from ELK.

1. Excellent Expertise In PowerShell Scripting For Automation And Operational Efficiency.
2. Advanced Python Scripting Skills For Integrating And Optimizing Monitoring Workflows.
3. Excellent Troubleshooting Abilities For Complex, MultiTechnology Environments.
4. Advanced Knowledge In Designing, Implementing, And Optimizing Monitoring And Alerting Systems.
5. Strong Mentoring And Leadership Skills For Guiding Technical Teams In LargeScale Support Operations.

Other Requirements
