Key Responsibilities
2. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes using EMC tools, driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to minimize service disruptions.
3. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to support teams on EMC backup solutions, fostering skill development and operational best practices.
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and reporting from EMC platforms, proactively identifying areas for process improvement and implementing automation or enhancements.
5. Engage directly with clients to understand backup and recovery requirements, ensuring support teams deliver to agreed SLAs and exceed client expectations.
6. Drive innovation by evaluating new features and updates in EMC backup technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards by managing backup configurations, retention policies, and data protection measures across EMC environments.
