Track Manager - EMC PowerMax, PowerStore

Job Summary

This role is accountable for overseeing and optimizing critical storage operations involving EMC PowerMax, PowerStore, and NetApp Block Storage systems. The position drives operational excellence in large-scale, complex environments by ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with client SLAs. The individual leads teams, champions process improvements, and delivers innovative solutions that directly impact organizational objectives and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead storage operations using EMC PowerMax, PowerStore, and NetApp Block Storage, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and compliance with client SLAs.
2. Provide expert technical guidance to resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions within EMC and PowerStore environments.
3. Drive process improvements by evaluating current storage management workflows and deploying automation tools for enhanced efficiency.
4. Oversee change management processes for storage infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best practices across EMC and PowerStore platforms.
5. Mentor and empower team members in advanced storage operations, facilitating knowledge sharing and professional development.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving client requirements and translate them into actionable operational plans using EMC and PowerStore technologies.
7. Champion innovation by researching and introducing emerging storage solutions and methodologies to optimize performance and scalability.
8. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures, incident response plans, and system configurations pertaining to EMC and PowerStore systems.
