Track Manager - Extract Transform Load (ETL), Data Lakes

Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving operational excellence across large-scale data lake and ETL environments, ensuring robust reporting and analytics delivery on AWS platforms. The individual provides expert leadership in optimizing data pipelines, managing critical AWS data services, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the support team to meet and exceed client service commitments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee ETL pipeline operations using AWS Glue and other ETL tools, ensuring optimized, reliable, and scalable data processing for enterprise-level data flows.
2. Manage and optimize Data Lake environments on AWS S3, enforcing data governance, security, and best practices to support advanced analytics requirements.
3. Lead operational monitoring and troubleshooting of AWS RDS and AWS Analytics services, proactively addressing performance bottlenecks and incidents to maintain high system availability.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational metrics and introducing automation or process enhancements in Data Pipeline management.
5. Collaborate with support teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting using AWS Analytics services, translating business requirements into actionable insights.
6. Mentor and guide team members on use of ETL, Data Lake, and AWS core services, fostering skill development and operational excellence.
7. Champion innovative solutions for process optimization, leveraging AWS technologies to streamline workflows and enhance client deliverables.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Aws Data Lake Architecture, Including Data Ingestion, Cataloging, And Lifecycle Management On Aws S3.
2. Advanced Skills In Aws Core Services Such As Ec2, Lambda, Iam, And Cloudwatch.
3. Strong Expertise In Aws Rds And Aws Analytics Platforms (Redshift, Athena, Quicksight) For Data Storage, Querying, And Visualization.
4. Advanced Proficiency In Operational Monitoring, Incident Management, And Process Automation In CloudBased Data Environments.
5. Excellent ProblemSolving, Mentoring, And Communication Abilities To Drive Team Performance And Client Satisfaction.
