Track Manager - Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Job Summary

Ensuring solutions deliver customer value while meeting quality, resilience, financial, and technical objectives.Ensuring that solution architecture is consistent with the Enterprise Architecture and aligns our technology strategy.Collaborating closely with product owners, and architects to prioritise and deliver the product roadmap.Ensuring solutions are resilient, secure, and scalable,Identifying and Mitigating risks related to solution architecture, driving resolution through architectural or agile practices.Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to enhance solution capabilities.Work with stakeholders, including product owners, engineering teams, and architecture, to align with architectural standards, principles, and patterns.Providing technical leadership, direction, and guidance to engineering teams and other solution architects on architectural solutions.Promoting and supporting Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.What you'll needProven experience in cloud-based solution architecture (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure).Experience designing and implementing data solutions.Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, and Security Architecture teams.Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.Experience optimising cost efficiency, performance, and scalability of cloud-based data platforms. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams on a shared vision.Have a strong passion and technical understanding of data acquisition, organisation, and presentation.In addition any experience of these would be useful: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solution architecture, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage, and IAM.Knowledge of data cataloging and metadata management tools to support discoverability, lineage, and domain ownership.Relevant certifications in architecture, cloud platforms or related areas
