Key Responsibilities
2. Oversee support operations by implementing automation and monitoring solutions on GCP to proactively identify and resolve incidents, minimizing service disruptions.
3. Mentor and empower team members in GCP best practices for workplace virtualization, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth within the operations team.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data from GCP’s Operations Suite to enhance reporting, workflow efficiency, and compliance with client SLAs.
5. Collaborate within the team to gather and interpret complex client requirements, translating them into effective GCP-based virtualization support solutions.
6. Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating new GCP services or third-party tools that advance workplace virtualization capabilities and operational excellence.
7. Ensure transparent communication of project objectives, progress, and risks to both internal teams and client stakeholders, using GCP management and reporting tools.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Skills In Managing And Troubleshooting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Vdi) And Remote Workspace Environments On Gcp.
3. Strong Understanding Of Security, Compliance, And Identity Management In Gcp Workplace Virtualization Scenarios.
4. Excellent Ability To Interpret And Translate Client Needs Into Actionable Gcp Solutions For Workplace Virtualization.
5. Advanced Proficiency In Leading Teams, Mentoring, And Driving Continuous Improvement In Cloud Operations.
