Track Manager - Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management

Job Summary

This role provides expert leadership in managing ServiceNow Software and Hardware Asset Management operations for large-scale and complex projects, driving operational excellence, continuous process improvement, and the achievement of client SLAs. The individual empowers teams, ensures high-quality service delivery, and champions innovation in asset management practices to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and optimization of ServiceNow Software and Hardware Asset Management workflows, ensuring seamless asset lifecycle management and compliance with organizational policies.
2. Drive the configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow Asset Management modules, leveraging advanced features to automate processes and improve data accuracy.
3. Oversee integration of ServiceNow Asset Management with third-party tools to ensure comprehensive asset tracking and reporting across the enterprise.
4. Implement advanced reporting and dashboard solutions in ServiceNow to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and support business decision-making.
5. Mentor and guide the asset management team in ServiceNow best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing and technical upskilling.
6. Serve as the escalation point for complex asset management issues, providing expert resolution and strategic recommendations.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process innovation and efficiency using ServiceNow and related automation technologies.
8. Ensure adherence to client SLAs by monitoring operational performance, analyzing trends, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in asset management operations.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Skills In Servicenow Configuration Management And Platform Customization.
2. Excellent Understanding Of Servicenow Integration Capabilities And Api Usage For Asset Data Exchange.
3. Strong Expertise In Designing And Optimizing Asset Lifecycle Processes Within Servicenow.
4. Advanced Proficiency In Servicenow Reporting, Dashboard Creation, And Data Analytics.
5. Excellent ProblemSolving And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Guide Technical Teams.
6. InDepth Knowledge Of Itil Practices As Applied To Asset And Configuration Management.

Other Requirements

1. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist � Software Asset Management (recommended).
2. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist � Hardware Asset Management (optional but valuable).
3. ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (optional but valuable)
