Job Summary

This role ensures the effective management of identity and privileged access operations using CyberArk PAM solutions. The individual oversees large-scale operational activities, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and leads teams to deliver reliable and secure identity management services, directly impacting client satisfaction and compliance within the organization.

We are seeking an experienced IAM & Analytics Developer to join our Identity and Security Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with identity platforms, directory services, security data integrations, and analytics solutions. This role focuses on connecting IAM systems with data platforms and security monitoring environments, transforming identity-related data, and enabling meaningful security insights. The candidate should have hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, understanding of identity data flows, API-based integrations, and the ability to develop automation solutions using scripting and programming languages

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee CyberArk PAM (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM) operations by implementing advanced monitoring, incident response, and maintenance strategies to ensure platform stability, security, and compliance.
2. Lead identity management operations by defining and optimizing workflows, automating account provisioning/deprovisioning, and enforcing privileged access policies using CyberArk tools.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational metrics, identifying areas for process automation, and integrating new CyberArk features and best practices to enhance service delivery.
4. Manage client relationships by interpreting complex requirements, providing expert-level solutions, and ensuring operational teams consistently meet or exceed SLAs and compliance standards.
5. Mentor and empower support teams by sharing expertise in CyberArk PAM operations, conducting advanced troubleshooting, and delivering targeted training to elevate technical capabilities.
6. Champion innovation in IAM operations by evaluating emerging CyberArk features and industry trends, proposing enhancements, and leading proof-of-concept initiatives to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Experience developing and supporting integrations between IAM platforms, directory services, data lakes, and security analytics platforms. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and identity event data. Experience working with IAM tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, or similar identity platforms. Ability to extract, transform, filter, and prepare identity and security-related data for analytics and monitoring purposes. Experience integrating data from IAM and directory services into SIEM platforms or security analytics solutions. Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON-based data exchange, and authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and JWT validation workflows. Hands-on scripting and development experience using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or PowerShell for automation and data processing. Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, and API Gateway. Experience with SQL and data integration concepts, including tools such as SSIS or similar technologies. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Bitbucket. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in identity security, cybersecurity analytics, or security operations environments. Experience designing and maintaining IAM data pipelines and security event integrations. Knowledge of enterprise security monitoring and SIEM solutions. Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate or Power Platform. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across security, identity, and engineering teams. Ability to understand complex enterprise environments and translate identity data into actionable security insights.

Other Requirements

1. CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CCDE) or CyberArk Guardian certification is highly recommended.
2. Optional: CISSP or CISM certification is valuable for broader security management
