Key Responsibilities
2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Identity Management tools to enhance operational processes, automate workflows, and streamline access provisioning and deprovisioning.
3. Direct incident and problem management activities in the CyberArk environment, providing expert-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rapid resolution of complex access management issues.
4. Mentor and guide the IAM support team in best practices for CyberArk PAM administration, fostering technical growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable IAM strategies, leveraging CyberArk solutions for secure and efficient access management.
6. Oversee client communications regarding CyberArk PAM operations, ensuring transparent reporting, alignment with SLAs, and proactive risk management.
7. Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging IAM technologies and features within the CyberArk suite to advance organizational security objectives.
Skill Requirements
2. Advanced Proficiency In Operational Leadership Within Iam Environments, Including Incident And Problem Management.
3. Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Frameworks (E.G., Sox, Gdpr) As They Relate To Privileged Access Management.
4. Excellent Skills In Process Automation And Workflow Optimization Using Iam Tools.
5. Solid Ability To Mentor Teams And Drive Continuous Improvement In Technical Operations.
